One path to live, with an owner at every step
Revo Connect is the shared workspace for a buyer and a seller who have already agreed to trade. Both companies read the same record: the stage, the blocker, the owner and the evidence.

Why it's blocked
QUOTE-004 failed: recheck returned 197.50 EUR against 184.00 EUR
Next action
Fix how recheck reports a changed price, then rerun the quote stage
Owner: Priya, Alpine integration
Every connection shows one required action and the person who owns it, on both sides.
- 8
- stages from request to live
- 3
- approvals before go-live: buyer, seller and operator
- 1
- next action with a named owner on every connection
Ask any connection why it's stuck
Eight stages, and they can move backwards. A mapping change on a connection waiting for approval sends it back to testing. When one stops, the answer always has the same four parts.
Alpine Distribution → Corvane Travel
Sandbox · Testing, blocked since 09:12 today · Owner: Alpine integration engineer
Why blocked?
- What failed
- Mandatory test QUOTE-004. The recheck returned 197.50 EUR against a quoted 184.00 EUR, and the response didn't flag a price change.
- Affected party
- Alpine Distribution, seller side. Corvane Travel can't proceed until this clears.
- Action
- Alpine's integration engineer checks how recheck reports a changed price, then reruns the quote stage.
- Evidence
- run_014 · trace tr_9f27c1
alpine-2.3.1 · snapshot v7 · config 12
Other stops the record can show: rejected, suspended and retired, each with its own owner and reason.

A connection goes live last
A connection shows live only after every line below holds at the same versions. Any open line keeps it in review.

What it does
- Keeps one record per trading relationship
- A connection is one buyer and one seller in one environment, with its own agreement reference, adapter, mapping snapshot and traffic policy. A company can hold many, and each moves on its own.
- Names the next action
- The top of every connection shows a required action and the person who owns it. A vague green tick tells a project manager nothing, so we leave it out.
- Keeps each side to its own approval
- A buyer admin approves only the buyer side, and a seller admin only the seller side. An organisation admin can't grant themselves operator approval.
What it covers, and what it leaves out
The list on the right is deliberate, and we'll say when any of it changes.
Included
- Bilateral connection requests and approvals
- Guided setup: partners, API connection, hotel mapping, booking tests, activation
- Credential checks, with secrets never shown again after entry
- A Why blocked answer, with owner and evidence, on every blocked connection
- Traffic cap, canary plan and suspension, with booking lookups kept after a suspension
- An audit event for every state, permission and configuration change
Deliberately left out
- An open, self-service marketplace of partners
- A catalogue of hundreds of connectors, or flights and transfers
- Contracting, settlement or acting as merchant of record
- Enterprise directory sync and complex group hierarchies
Does Revo Connect replace our commercial agreement with the seller?
No. Buyers and sellers contract and settle directly. We record a reference to your agreement, and approving a connection in the workspace is separate from signing it.
How long does activation take?
It varies, so we don't quote a figure. Bilateral terms and seller sandboxes set much of the pace, and no workspace removes those.
Can someone call an API and skip the gates?
No. Transitions are validated on the server, so a connection can't reach live through a direct call while a gate is open.
What happens to live bookings if a connection is suspended?
New traffic stops, while booking status lookups and the audit trail stay available. Existing bookings still need a way to be read and reconciled.
Questions we'd ask too
Straight answers, including where the answer is no.
