A standard hotel ID, and you keep your own codes

Your reports, contracts and content already hang off your codes, so a re-key shouldn't be the price of joining. A TravelRevo property ID links the same hotel across sellers, while the booking goes out on the supplier's native code.

A person reviews every new match, and a hotel that isn't mapped is flagged as unmapped. It never gets swapped for a similar one at the moment of booking.

Questions you may have

Do I have to change my existing seller integrations?

No. TravelRevo works one connection at a time, so anything you already run stays as it is. You decide which agreed seller to start with.

What happens to my own hotel codes?

They stay. Your property codes sit next to the supplier's native code and a TravelRevo property ID, so your systems don't need a re-key to take part.

Do you merge room types across sellers?

No. Mapping covers hotel identity only. Rooms and rates arrive with the seller's own codes and terms, and you decide how to display them.

Can I connect to any seller?

Only to sellers who approve you and whose system has a supported adapter. Tell us who you want to connect with, and we'll say whether that's possible.

How long does activation take?

It depends on both sides, so we don't quote a standard figure. What you do get is a connection that shows where the time goes.

Does TravelRevo sit in my contract with the seller?

No. You contract and settle with each seller directly, and TravelRevo isn't the merchant of record.

Can AI change or make a booking on my account?

No. AI can explain mapping evidence and failed tests. It stays out of the search and booking path, and it can't book, cancel or change a route.
